According to “The Guardian” newspaper of London, 1% of the population of the world is composed of the richest people who control or owned almost 40% of the earth’s wealth. The industrialists, big financial and business institutions and the internet moguls are just a few who are considered the wealthiest people on earth. Based on the UN research, 37% of the richest individuals are from the United States, 27% are Japanese and 6% are from the United Kingdom. On the other hand 50% of the world’s populations belongs to the lower bracket, or considered poor and owned only 1% of the wealth of the earth. The disparity is extraordinary hence there’s an elite group of super rich people while 800 million people around the world have no adequate shelter and food to eat.
