Srinagar, February 24, (Scoop News)-Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah Monday said that time has come for paradigm shift from horizontal expansion of residential houses towards vertical constructions so that the pressure on land in the congested cities and towns is relieved alongwith providing sufficient dwelling units to the citizens with modern facilities.

Each building block will have two elevators with 24×7 DG-set backup. Stilts to be used as covered parking spaces besides additional car parking in spaces around the blocks.
Facilities like community centre, marriage hall, pent-houses, convenient shopping, kiosks, tens court, badminton court and tot-lot pockets have also been proposed in the complex.
