The holiday season is just around the corner, making now the perfect time to start planning private events and parties. For those looking to find a great party atmosphere in a wonderful location it can be a difficult decision if they don’t know what to look for when choosing a party place to reserve.
“Sometimes people overlook the simple things when it comes to reserving a party,” says Ryan Fichter, Executive Chef at both the Bodega Spanish Tapas & Lounge and Thunder Burger & Bar. “Yet those are the ones that are usually what help to make it a great party.”
Here are a few tips for choosing where to hold your holiday party this year:
· Location. Where you hold the party makes a lot of difference, especially if you have a centrally locatedoffice. Shoot for a location that does have a central location, or one thatpeople are familiar with, or will want to explore in.
· Fun. This is what the party is all about. Try to choose an atmosphere that is going to provide a fun-filled time for everyone who attends. When you take a look at the placewhere the party would be held you should get a fun feeling, or see that it can happen in that room.
· Options. Not all restaurants offer party options. Seek out those that do and determine what they are willing to offer. Compare the party options before making your selection, in order to meet the other criteria on this list.
· Accommodations. It’s important that the restaurant you are considering have adequate space to provide for a party. If they have experience at reserving parties it shouldn’t be a problem, but take a look at the space your party would receive should you book there.
At the Bodega Spanish Tapas & Lounge, private parties can be held in the “Matador Lounge,” as well as on the veranda patio. The room is equipped with a separate sound system from that used in the main dining area, and it has its own full bar. The private party area can accommodate events of up to 50 people.
The Thunder Burger & Bar offers a high-energy rock & roll atmosphere for hosting private functions. With a full bar, tasty menu and private party area, the restaurant makes an ideal location for hosting events.
“The party areas in these restaurants fill up quickly, so it’s important to reserve the space ahead of time,” added Fichter. “We look forward to helping many people celebrate in the coming months. From office parties to family gatherings and more, we have it all covered.”
