Tips in Choosing the Right Kind of Perfume

There are many kinds of perfume available in the market. According to the expert, people choose fragrance that sooth their personality, taste and intuition.

 Here are some useful tips in choosing a perfume:

 SPRAY LITTLE ON YOUR SKIN

In choosing a perfume, put a small amount of perfume into your skin.

 YOUR SENSE OF SMELL IS STRONG DURING MORNING

To be able to choose a good perfume according to your taste, it is best to go to a perfume store early in the morning. According to expert, our sense of smell is strong during morning. If you were tired and has colds, it is better to buy a perfume the next day.

TEST 3 KINDS OF PERFUME

It is advised by experts to test the perfume on part of the skin that has no perfume.  In choosing a perfume, you should only try up to 3 different kinds of perfume because our nose could only identify up to three kinds of smell at the same time.

Do not smell the top of the bottle or its cover because it may be not be the true scent of the perfume inside the bottle. Do not also try to smell the perfume sprayed on paper but smell only the perfume sprayed on skin itself



WAIT FOR 30 SECONDS AFTER SPRAYING

When you sprayed a perfume on your skin for the first time, wait for 30 seconds until the alcohol has evaporated. This is the time when you can smell the real scent of a perfume.

BUY THE SMALLEST BOTTLE OF PERFUME FIRST

When you’ve decided to buy a perfume, buy the smallest bottle of perfume that you like first. The expiry date of a perfume normally last up to three years after its manufacture date. When a perfume is not used often, the scent of a perfume may change.

CHOOSE PERFUME ACCORDING TO AGE AND OCCASSION

According to expert, there are different perfume that fits different age groups and occasions.  For evening meetings or dates, it is advisable to use stronger and more sensuous type than light scents. Light scents are best to use during morning.

Fresh perfumes are refreshing during summer while sweet and spicy fragrances can be used during cold season.
