TNA (Total Nonstop Action) filed a lawsuit on Wednesday against WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment) Office Worker Brian Wittenstein for interference with existing contracts, conversion, breach of contract, civil conspiracy, unfair competition, breach of duty loyalty, and violation of the Tennessee Uniform Trade Secrets Act.
TNA claims that Wittenstein, who had worked for TNA gave WWE inside information on contracts and now WWE is attempting to poach Wrestlers from TNA.
Jerry McDevitt (WWE Attorney) commented: “Our reaction is that no good deed ever goes unpunished. What the WWE did here is what you would hope any Company would do in these circumstances it found itself in.”
Not too long ago this was called Competition. You give me more money Im with You! Just like Matt Morgan ( former TNA Wrestler) said “I don’t want to bury the company I work for and the one that pays me, but WWE please hire me, but that said I’m with TNA, because they pay, but WWE you can have me if you pay me more!”
