Tractors to Upper Chitral

 8 Tractors handed over to different remote union councils

CHITRAL:  8 four wheel Tractors  were handed over to different union councils in remote locality of Chitral. In this connection a function was also held at Town Hall Chitral under the chair of Deputy Commissioner Chitral Rahmatullah Khan Wazir. Leaders of different political and religious parties paid rich tribute to provincial Chief Minister Amir Haider Khan Hoti who taking keen interest in development of Chitral. They said Chitral is a red zone territory facing different natural calamity and disasters and roads of different valleys remained block due to snowfall, land sliding and other disaster. Chief Minister approved 13 million for these 8 four wheel tractors which will be standby and  utilized for removing of debris and snow from roads at Ayun, Garamchishma, Mastuj, Laspur, Yarkhun, Torko, Morko and upper Chitral to open roads immediately. They said that campuses of two universities were established here by CM which is playing vital role in promoting literacy ratio in high education at Chitral. They also thanked Chief Minister for allocating fund of 3.5 million for graveyard at Peshawar for Chitral people living at Peshawar.  As well as 1 million was released for promoting of paragliding association of Chitral which is uplifting eco tourism in Chitral. They also highly appreciated meritorious services of DC Chitral Rahmatullah Wazir for development of this backward area. 
The speakers hailed Chief Minister for approval of judicial complex and establishment of High Court Circuit court which will minimize problems of Chitral people. They said that Chief Minister visited Chitral 7 times and considered himself a representative of Chitral. Similarly different hydro power stations are under process and 10% of its revenue will be spent at Chitral. He also donated Buses for different educational institutions of Chitral. Up-gradation of government employees also completed in his regime and different allowances were enhanced to boost government servants. During the function Shahzada Farhad and Ghulam Sarwar of Paragliding association presented traditional gifts to DC Chitral and president ANP Muzafar Jan. Deputy Commissioner Rahmatullah Wazir handed over keys of these tractors to secretaries of different union councils. Addressing on the occasion DC Chitral stressed upon secretaries for maintaining of these tractors. He said that these will be monitored by Assistant Commissioners and drivers would be recruited as well as fund generating schemes will be introduced for durability and maintenance of these tractors. He emphasized on all parties workers and participants for maintaining peace and unity at Chitral which is most necessary for development of this backward district. Taxes were exempted on vegetable and fruit   at Chitral on the directive of Chief secretary to support peasants and farmer of Chitral. He also announced that work will be start very soon on construction of public stadium. He appeal all communities living in Chitral for play vital role in maintaining exemplary peace of Chitral.  Those spoke on the occasion wer Qari Muhammad Yusuf, Farhad, Ghulam Sarwar, former MPA Saeed Ahmad, Mulvi Muhammad Shakoor of JUI, M.I Khan Sarhadi advocate, Sardar Hussain former Nazim Union council Booni, Muzafar Jan president ANP Chitral, Ameerulla Khan Yaftali and Yousuf Shazad. A commendation Certificate was also issued to Mr. Yaftali for his social services.
