Two small girls sank in pool dead bodies recovered by local.
CHITRAL: As well two small girls were died at Dolomos area when they fell down in pool. Dead bodies recovered. According to Chitral police two small girls Murshida 14 and Rafia 12 years daughters of Noor Muhammad who belongs to Shekhandeh Bumborate and was working as servant in the house of Shahzada Riaz at Dolomos. Her two small daughters were playing and carrying water from the Pool (pond) while one slipped and fell down in the pool the other sister also jumped in the water to save her sister. But they fell down in deep water and died on the spot hence local volunteers recovered their dead bodies from the pool. Chitral police has started further investigations.
6 days workshop on for teachers of Private Schools.
CHITRAL: To enhance teaching skill of teachers Elementary Education Foundation Chitral (EEF) arranged 6 days training workshop for teachers of private schools at Government higher secondary school Drosh. Teachers from 57 schools participated in the training workshop. Qazi Abid deputy District Officer Education was chief guest on the occasion while the ceremony was presided over by Haji Muhammad Sultan of Pakistan Tahreeki Insaf Chitral. Sector director Literacy for All Afsar Jan delivered his welcome address and appreciated this step of EEF to improve teaching skills of teachers serving in private schools. The speakers stressed on the participants to must benefits from these opportunities so as to enhance and improve their teaching skill. At last chief guest distributed certificates among the participants. EEF is an independent institution of Khyber Pukhtoonhwa serving for the last 5 years to enhance teaching skills in the province. EEF also establishing learning centers for women folk to improve their handicrafts skill, it also open community based schools in such remote and backward areas where there is no school for girls. Literacy for All is a mega project of EEF who play vital role in increasing of literacy ratio in the country. LFA literate people from 9 to 39 years who teach them basic education and to literate them.
