2 shot dead 3 injured on land dispute

CHITRAL: As well as 2 shot dead and 3 injured over land dispute at Osiak village of Drosh area some 50 KM from here. According to SHO police station Drosh there was land dispute between two groups who were also close relatives and belongs to one family of Osiak Drosh. Two rival groups encountered at disputed land on Sunday and open indiscriminating firing with automatic weapons. As a result Ameerul Mulk son of Maseehul Mulk and his sone Sameeul Mulk age 12 years were died on the spot from one group and Muazazul Mulk and two others were injured from rival group.
Drosh police lodged cross FIR against Iqbalul Mulk, Israrul Mulk, Maqsoodul Mulk sons of Inayatul Mulk residents of Osiak, Gul Ahmad son of Talib Jan resident of Kamsai Aranu, Ramdad Khan son of Payenda Khan and Qayum Khan resident of Kamsai Arando under 302/324/147/148/159/109 of Pakistan Panel Code (PPC) and arrested two accused Maqsoodul Mulk son of Inayatul Mulk and Qayum and started interrogation.
Deceased Ameerul Mulk was cousin of Shehriar Baig senior journalist of Chitral.
