The United Arab Emirate of Ajman has been identified as a "top tip" for foreign property investors by a housing expert.
Nicholas Marr, chief executive of Homesgofast.com says the Emirate is in his current top five locations for UK investment, as well as Egypt, Turkey, Florida and Portugal.
The middle-eastern Emirate of Ajman, he says, provides investors with "low entry prices and good prospects for capital growth over a five-year term."
Mr Marr said: "I see this part of UAE as Dubai a few years ago and property prices are low – starting from about £28,000.
"Ajman’s close proximity to Dubai makes it ideal for Dubai workers. The lack of infrastructure at this time in Ajman and its desire for foreign investment makes this ideal for speculators."
Ajman is the smallest of the seven states that make up the United Arab Emirates, with Dubai and Abu Dhabi being the two most well-known.
The currency exchange rate of Ajman is £1.00 to 6.63 United Arab Emirate dirhams.
