Michael Bisping vs Chris Leben
Michael “The count” Bisping return to England was as successful as his previous trips. Although not ht the most interesting fight of the night he did do what need to be done to win. Leben who was constantly pushing forward could not get in range to do any real damage. Bisping stayed on the outside and land the punches. This was the normal Bisping fight but he did not what to take the chance of getting knockout. Bisping improves to 18-1 and Leben falls to 18-5.
Keith Jardine vs. Brandon Vera
Keith Jardine improves his record to 14-5-1 with his split decision victory over Brandon Vera. The fight was mostly stand up and very little ground work. Vera lack the aggressiveness that he has shown previously. Brandon at one point kicks Jardine in the knee and pops it out of joint but never went on the attact to attempt to finish the fight.
Sokoudjou vs Cane
Sokoudjou came out throwing for the fence and looked like he could in the fight quickly. Cane was able to weather the storm and land the knockout after Sokoudjou gassed. Sokoudjou falls to 5-3 and Cane improves to 10-1.
