Ingredients
400 g of rice with long bean
125 ml of vegetable soup
2 red onions
3 cloves of garlic
3 tsp of olive oil
2 tsp of sweet paprika
1 tsp of saffron
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
various vegetables (peppers, peas, mushrooms)
Cut the onion and the garlic into small pieces and fry them in oil. Then add the pepper and the rice, stirring for minutes continuously. Boil the vegetable soup and add the saffron.Pour the soup over the rice and simm them.When the mix is almost ready ,add the rest of the vegetables cutted into small pieces and continue stirring.
