Yes there is only one vultuer temple in the world & that too in India , in Andhra pradesh . The vultuer is not any ordinary vulcher , he is the one who gave his life to save Sita from Raavan. You are right I am talking about Jataayu.
When Raavan kidnaped Sita & was taking her to Lanka in her plane. Jataayu was the first to save Sita but unfortunately he did not succeded . Raavan harshly cut down his wings & Jataayu fell down & died. Jataayu’s body fell down in Andhdra pradesh & there a temple was constructed. Till today people go & worship Jataayu for his valour.
However according to the news the condition of the temple has detriorated because of no funds , I feel that Indian Govt is charging such high taxes but why they can not spend money on such a historical & religious place.
