“We are excited about introducing MBA to this great group of service members. From one not-for-profit organization to another, supporting military members, veterans and their families is our goal,” said Roy L. Gibson, MBA President. “MBA is a not-for-profit association, which separates us from many other companies supporting the National Guard. We are designed to support all service members and their families and I think we have been excelling at that since 1956!”

MBA will be hosting three social events at the convention as well. On Sun. Aug 20, 2014, at the “Opening Night Social,” they will share hosting duties at the EANGUS Bowling Tournament with the Univ. of Phoenix; at the Lucky Strike Bowling Alley in downtown Phoenix at 5:30 p.m. Monday night, MBA will be the sole sponsor at the Junior Enlisted Event held at the Phoenix, Hard Rock Café at 6:30 p.m. The Hard Rock Café agreed to close their doors to the public so MBA could host the event for EANGUS attendees only. “Sponsoring all three social events is our way of giving back and being able to familiarize the conference attendees with MBA,” said Gibson. “Additionally, we will get to know these National Guardsman and their families on the convention floor at booth 509 where we will raffle two autographed NFL jerseys from RGIII and Joe Montana. Meet us, sign up for raffle and get a free one-year insurance policy.”
