Summer also brings with it body odour.And the best way to prevent this is to wash your body regularly,especially underarms,groin and feet.Remember to dry your feet completely once your have washed them.Don’t forget to change and wash your clothes often.When it comes to shoes,let them dry completely before wearing them again.And if possible,wear different shoes on alternate days.When it comes to choosing socks,the cotton ones might be better than the synthetic socks,but the most important thing is to wash your feet daily,and change your socks daily if possible.There is another option to ward off body odour.Try an antibacterial soap when you go for a bath.While taking a shower use a few drops of eau de cologne in the water.This will keep your fresh and smelling good all day long.Also, always remember to use a deodorant before you go out.Don’t forget to carry one in your purse always.
