Peshawar: giving our view on war against terrorism, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Senior Provincial Minister Bashir Ahmad Billor said on Friday that the security forces clear 40% area of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa from terrorists, and we continue fight against these terrorist.
He expressed these views when he was talking with the journalist in Peshawar Press Club.
He said that the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province people are familiar of these bombing, and this is not new for them and they are struggling to win this fight from terrorist.
Billor said that we negotiated with terrorists for peace and accepts there all demands but they had refused to accept the government writ. So the government decides to start operation and fight against them and the day will come when the government will successful to defeat them.
He appreciates the media role in war against terrorism and said that journalists gave a lot of sacrifices for this land in this war.
Bashir said that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province was first produced electricity but now in Karak (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa District) Oil and Gas reserves are also discovered and on daily basis 40 thousand barrels of oil produce from these reserves.
The government increase 10% royalties amount from 5% in respect of oil and gas in district Karak, and it can eliminate the poverty in this area, he added.
