Who Is God Except The Lord?

Barbara’s Poetry From The Heart Corner

I’m a weakling without God
He strengthens my walk
assures pathways I trod
keeps me safe and free from harm.

God’s way is perfect
shields those who believe
grants surefooted steps
allows me to feel His presence.

God’s promise is true
prepares me for battles and trials
grants a tuning for my soul
removes thorns gathered in the wild
provides guidance through His word.

For who is God except the Lord?
He is my shield of salvation, a solid rock
my foundation leads to His opened door
He is there if I but knock.
