Taste of Country. Com has reported that Country Artist Wynonna Judd had a GPS tracking device installed in her sister, Ashley’s, car that could track all of her comings and goings. Why would a sister want to do this to her sibling?
Wynonna had just gone to bat for her sister on a talk show when a host began criticizing Ashley for not having children while she was married; and this act of respect displayed Wynonna had a strong bond with her sister; so why place a GPS in her car?
During an investigation as to who installed the GPS in Ashley’s car, Wynonna admitted she had done it but it wasn’t to follow up on Ashley but to follow up on her own daughter.
Wynonna’s daughter had pointed out the suspicious tracking device to her mechanic; and the authorities were contacted back in November 2013 about the placement of the tracking device. An investigation was conducted to find out who planted the device there and why?
During the investigation Ashley told the officers she thought maybe Wynonna had place the tracking device in her car; and when the cops turned to a private investigator whose name the device had been registered to when they could not get in touch with Wynonna.
The P.I. kept silent and wouldn’t talk…
Wynonna’s lawyer then got in touch with the cops, and said, “This is all a big misunderstanding;” and they admitted Wynonna had the GPS installed in the car to track her own daughter and not Ashley. The daughter had been using Ashley’s car and Wynonna was interested in tracking her daughter.
