William Gindlesperger Recognized as North American Procurement

Supply & Demand Chain Executive editors have included William Gindlesperger, founder, chairman and chief executive officer of e-LYNXX Corporation, in their 2012 listing of top procurement leaders in the United States and Canada. He also was selected for this honor in 2010 and 2011.
“This year’s Pros to Know list includes individuals who have helped their supply chain clients, or the supply chain community at large, prepare to meet the challenges of today’s business climate,” said Barry Hochfelder, editor of Supply & Demand Chain Executive.

“The Pros to Know recognition is really a tribute to the work of the e-LYNXX team over the past five years in introducing automated vendor selection technology as the alternative to traditional procurement methods,” said Gindlesperger. “AVS Technology is gaining acceptance nationwide and in Canada as it proves itself as a means by which organizations can save 25% to 50% on procured goods and services, when used with best procurement practices and our proprietary communications and workflow system. In addition to significant savings with AVS Technology, the buyer reduces inefficiencies, strengthens controls, increases competitiveness, thoroughly documents and archives all actions and ensures fairness in the process.”
Organizations in the parcel delivery, computer hardware, utility, heavy equipment manufacturing, construction materials, heath care, higher education, financial services, retail and association sectors are reporting an average of 42% savings with AVS Technology for the purchase of creative services, direct mail, marketing materials, publications, labels, packaging, commercial print, temp services, and a host of other print and non-print categories.
The full listing of the 2012 Pros to Know will be available in the March 2012 issue of Supply & Demand Chain Executive magazine and e-book beginning in early March and on the Supply & Demand Chain Executive Web site at http://www.sdcexec.com/news/10628934/supply-demand-chain-executive-announces-2012-pros-to-know
