Master Trainer Sh. Kunzang Namgyal implementing methods for building confidence of trainee teachers
Leh, January 06, (Scoop News)- Winter coaching to the teachers of Leh district began today with 16-days orientation course at DIET, Leh which was attended by about 60 teachers of Nyoma, Durbuk and Kharu zones. The Dy. CEO, Leh, ZEOs of Kharu, Chushot, Durbuk and Nyoma were present on the occasion.
Welcoming the trainee teachers, Principal DIET, Leh Konchok Angmo said that this year the winter training are focused on strengthening primary section by building the capacity of primary teachers with contents and lesson based coaching. Urging participating teachers to take utmost benefit from this orientation course, she said that this year the coaching will be provided by highly resourceful 20 Master teachers of Leh District who recently received training at Tibetan Children School SOS Dharamsala and Delhi in latest methods and techniques of teaching.
Today, the master trainers with different methods imparted trainings about building confidence among teachers which will ultimately benefit the students.
Meanwhile, CEO, Leh has directed those teachers of Nyoma, Durbuk and Kharu zones who have not attended the training today to attend the training from tomorrow, otherwise their annual increment will be stopped and their 16 days training will be considered as absent from duty.
