Well, it’s high time you get some of it off your back, otherwise that stress on the job can soon take its toll on your heart. The team of some researchers in Britain has carried the study and found that stressed workers under 50s are two-thirds more likely to suffer from cardiovascular disease and its mostly happened with then which having very stressful jobs and who taking their jobs very seriously.
And they prove that the stress at work raises the risk of a heart attack by undermining the body’s natural mechanisms for coping under pressure.
They get the conclusion after monitoring more than 10,000 civil servants, aged between 35 and 55 on work stress, over a period of 12 years. And During 12 years of follow-up, we found that chronic work stress was associated with coronary heart disease and this association was stronger among both men and women aged under 50 — their risk of coronary heart disease was an average of 68 per cent more than for people who reported no stress at work.
