World wide initiative is needed to eliminate cyber crime

Telecommunication and computer experts, law subsidiaries and United Nations’ International Telecommunication Union (ITU) have recommended that not individual but world wide initiative should be taken to protect cyber crime. They gave full agreement about this issue in a conference at Geneva in Switzerland.

Hamadun Tora, chief of International Telecommunication Union, have told that it will be faulty if any country individually wants to take initiative against spam, hiker and cyber guilty. He has also told to the journalist at the end of the conference that cyber security is an overall problem and overall solution is needed for it.

We have experienced continuous cyber attacks on May in the website and computer infrastructure of Estonia. The strict initiative of protecting cyber crime have got much more importance for this reason. Stain sigolbarg , lawyer and computer crime specialist of Norway,  has told that the attract like Estonia can be happen again in any country of the World. The decision of forming five working groups was taken in the conference. These groups will consider potential law and technical condition, international coordination, economic and security infrastructure to eliminate cyber crime. Hopefully, experts will submit their proposal on March in 2008.This issue will be finalize on September, 2008 in a conference of International Telecommunication Union Council.
