 Obituary.

CHITRAL: Wife of Jamat Islami leaderk former chairman district council Chitral and Nazim  Union council Drosh II Alkhaj Khurshid Ali was passes away at Drosh on Thursday. She was laid to rest at her ancestral graveyard of Drosh. A large number of people belongs to all walk of life attended her funeral prayer.

Girl drowns in river.

A young girl Nasreen daughter of Sardar Ali resident of Brep upper Chitral was drown in river and died on the spot. According to Mastuj police a student of class 10^th Nasreen was coming back from her school to her house. When she was crossing a pedestal bridge near Diwan goal bridge her school bag slept and fell down in river she was trying to catch her bag but unfortunately she by her self drown in river and was swift away by merciless waves of river. She was died on the spot hence her dead body was recovered from Chapali village.  As well as a young boy was also fell down in the same area in river but he was recovered by local volunteers. It is worth to mention here that a large  number of people dying by felling in river while they crossing these pedestal bridges which have no safe guard nor sidewall.

Road erosion by flood water.

Road of Rahman Abad Brep has been erosion and damaged by flood water in Upper Chitral. The road link to Jamat Khana and population area has been damaged and the area in great thread. Residents of the area have appeal high ups of provincial government for construction of protection Bund on river bank toward village side so as to save from ruinous.
