YOUR FACE – TAKE CARE THIS WAY

YOUR FACE – YOUR SKIN – TAKE CARE THIS WAY

Your face is the most important part of your outlook and personality. We all have heard

many anecdotes like “First impression is the last impression” , “Love at first site” , etc.

So you should take care of your skin with utmost punctuality. Do this to keep your face

glowing and shiny :

*Never use very hot or very cold water for washing your face. The room temperature or

slightly less than that is preferable.

*Chemical containing soaps damage your skin. They finish the glow of skin and make it

Dull, dry and loose/wrinkled. They are also responsible for discoloration of your skin.

*Try to stay away from direct sunlight towards face. Use scarf, cap.hat, umbrella, large

goggles, etc.

*Use good quality face pack at least once in the week.

*Use sun-block creams and lotions while staying in direct sunlight for linger duration.

*Before going to bed wash your face with mild soap or face wash like that of

Garnier, Loreal, etc. Apply good quality face cream depending upon your skin type like

dry, oily and normal, for example use cream with enough moisturizer for dry

skin. Massage gently in circular motion, clockwise and anti-clockwise, upwards and

downwards, left to right and vice-versa.

*Using this technique daily opens up pores and increase the circulation of blood.

*Occassionally take vitamin A and vitamin E supplements which play the most important

role in maintaining skin

*Drink 7 to 10 glasses of water daily.

MAIN REASONS FOR FACIAL SKIN DAMAGE :

*Due to any type of sickness, illness or disease, the skin is affected.

*Many medicines have adverse affects on skin.

*Pollution

*Dust particles block the pores of the skin

*Smoke.

*Bad weather. Too cold or too hot.

*Anxiety, tension, fear, depression like psychological problems also have adverse effect

on the skin.

*Les consumption of water

*No face wash, no moisturizer, no cream and no sun block cream or lotion.

*Vitamin A and vitamin E deficiency.

*Too much consumption of alcohol, drug abuse and excessive misuse of prescription

medicines

*Many of the above factors become hindrance in the development of facial blood

vessels, stunted growth, repair and damage of these blood vessels.
