Yuvan Sankar Raja divorces his wife

    The well known music director of the Tamil Film Industry,Yuvan Sankar Raja,aged 28,who has composed music for hit Tamil movies like Paruthiveeran and more recently for Billa, an Ajitkumar starrer,gets divorce from his wife, a london-based girl.

   Yuvan got married his wife,at Mayor Ramanathan Kalyana Mandapam, Chennai,with all pomp and glory a few years ago.But unfortunately their marriage was irretrievably broken down when differences of opinion arose between them.In the result,in August,2007, the couple applied for divorce by mutual consent under section 13 (B) of the Hindu Marriage Act, in a family court in Chennai.Since six months have elapsed after their application for divorce by mutual consent and since both of them were firm on their decision seeking divorce, the judge of the family court, granted them divorce.

   Yuvan Sankar Raja is the son of the music legend Maestro Ilaya Raja.
