George Washigton was famous for supposedly not telling lies. Apparently his memory failed him according to New York Society Library. The library dsovered the founding father never returned two books way back in 1789 after looking over old documents. The overdue book fines have been calculated at $300000 adding in inflation. the two books were "Law of Nations" , a book on international relations, and "Common Debate", detailing debates of the British House of Commons.
